Job description

Summary:

We are looking to hire two new team members to work on our production floor in our pre-finish department. You’ll be assisting and supporting the efforts to build and finish products to customer specifications while inspecting the product for quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Note: These are two separate positions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• As a Machine Operator, you’ll be operating the automated finish line.
• As a Sprayer, you’ll be hand spraying finishes onto the millwork product.

What Would Make You a Great Fit:

• Hand spraying experience (preferred).
• Machine Operating experience (required).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing environment.
• Woodworking or hand tools experience (preferred).
• Manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others.
• Basic understanding of door parts, millwork, and woodworking.
• Ability to work independently, or as part of a small team to accomplish tasks.
• Able to lift 75-100 pounds.
