Job description

We are looking to hire several new team members to work on our production floor in our pre-finish and millwork department. You’ll be assisting and supporting the efforts to build and finish products to customer specifications while inspecting the product for quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Pull appropriate parts and hardware for the completion of the product
• Assist in the building and/or finishing of products based on customer specifications
• Assist with clean up and basic maintenance of the work area

What Would Make You a Great Fit:

• Basic understanding of the manufacturing environment
• Woodworking or hand tools experience (preferred)
• Manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others
• Basic understanding of door parts, millwork, and woodworking
• Ability to work independently or as part of a small team to accomplish tasks
• Able to lift 75-100 pounds
