General LABORER (GMP) ***NO PER DIEM*** ADM East Plant

Will perform various labor-intensive tasks in an industrial setting under the supervision of a foreman or supervisor. Tasks include operating hand and power tools, site cleaning, digging trenches, setting braces, erecting scaffolding, and debris removal. May assist other craft workers and perform other related duties.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform strenuous manual labor tasks.
• Shovel asphalt or other materials into construction areas.
• Assist in patching asphalt with hot and cold mix, excavate and fill trenches.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, securing tools and equipment daily.
• Handle and store materials properly.
• Load/unload trucks and transport materials.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents.
• Use equipment, materials, and supplies correctly.
• Follow written and oral instructions accurately.
• Work independently, reliably, and consistently according to schedule.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing/walking for long periods under adverse conditions.
• Communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Other duties as assigned.
