Job summary

Oliver Mechanical Inc. is seeking a reliable, hands-on helper to join our Field Mobilization Team. You’ll support commercial mechanical construction by helping prepare job sites, move materials, and assist skilled trades on fast-paced projects.

You must lift up to 75 lbs, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to meet insurance requirements to operate a company vehicle. This role involves traveling to multiple job sites on weekdays, working in varied weather, and staying safety-conscious on

Responsibilities

• Assist with job site setup and breakdown, including temporary facilities, fencing, and safety signage
• Load, unload, move, and stage mechanical materials and equipment
• Support HVAC, plumbing, and pipefitting crews with general labor tasks
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Assist with material deliveries, inventory, and tool tracking
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Travel to multiple job sites daily

What You’ll Do

Helpful Experience (Not Required)

Work Environment

• Work is primarily performed on commercial construction sites across varying locations
• Exposure to weather, noise, dust, and typical construction conditions
• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions on active construction sites
• Weekday schedule with potential for early starts, overtime, or occasional weekends
