Lakeshore Concrete Solutions, LLC is seeking a General Laborer/Field Technician to support on-site operations, keep the worksite clean, operate power tools, and assist the foreman.

The ideal candidate must handle physical tasks, pay attention to details, and work well with a team to support concrete grinding, coating installation, and equipment setup on site.

Qualifications

• Physical demands include lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination are essential.
• Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment

• Transport materials and equipment from one location to another

• Set up cones and warning signs to increase visibility

Job Summary

We are seeking a General Laborer/Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include keeping the worksite clean and organized, operating power tools, hand grinders, concrete grinding and polishing equipment and installing high performance resinous coatings. The ideal candidate is someone who has attention to detail, is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
