Base pay range

$24.57/hr - $28.05/hr

Shift Schedule: Mon-Thurs 5:00am-4:20pm; Mon-Thurs 4:30pm-3:50am OR Fri-Sun 5:00am-5:00pm.

Location: Eau Claire, WI.

Double Time After 50 hours worked in a week!

Responsibilities

As a General Laborer/Fabricator, you will:

• Use your expertise in metal fabrication to produce high-quality products meeting standards.
• Read blueprints and schematics to ensure precise manufacturing.
• Operate and maintain machinery and tools.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.

Responsibilities include fabricating, drilling, grinding of bridge girder components, welding, assembly, and cleanup.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old to apply.
• Produce fillet and groove welds using SMAW, SAW, FCAW processes.
• Drill, install bolts, and grind steel components.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Read and interpret blueprints.

Skills & Abilities

• 1+ years experience in fabrication (preferred).
• 1+ years experience in welding (a plus).
• Commitment to safety and quality work.
• Willingness to learn and contribute.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Lift up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Push/move objects up to 100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, work at heights.
• Indoor and outdoor work, exposure to dust, noise, and hazards.
