Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a well-established manufacturer in Bow, NH to hire General Laborers for direct-hire positions. The role involves moving, stacking, packaging materials and assisting in production, with training provided for motivated candidates.

Shifts include 1st and 2nd, with weekends off and benefits after hire. Candidates should have warehouse or general labor experience and be able to lift up to 75 pounds and pass a pre-employment physical.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Experience in warehouse, construction, landscaping, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Move, stack, and package materials throughout the facility.
• Load raw materials into production equipment.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
