Job Location: Portland, OR

Starting Rate of Pay: $18.00

Shifts Available and Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Measures and sets up splines, to prepare for aluminum.
• Moves carts of aluminum from staging area to spline.
• Aluminum extrusions up to 27’ long and weighing from 10 pounds to 100 pounds are lifted between two employees from the transport rack to the spline.
• Using air powered wrenches, each piece of aluminum is bolted to the spline.
• Works in pairs and at the direction of the floor lead.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Ability to understand and deliver basic commands in English.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Excellent punctuality and attendance record.
• Interpersonal skills: Team player, organized, self-starter, adaptable to change, results-oriented, and able to work with limited supervision.
• Previous experience in a heavy industrial, fast-paced environment (preferred).
