Description

We have been making quality beverages for the Midwest since 1872 and supplying them from 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.

Position Summary: Responsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements
• Operate industrial power equipment
• Restock and replenish supplies, as appropriate
• Perform general maintenance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
• Fill in for other positions, as needed
• Manually lift and move product to restock and repack area, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation
• Use appropriate manual, or powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.) to move product and materials from/to designated locations
• Assist with the daily housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• High-School Diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous forklift experience is preferred

Work Environment: Works in a warehouse. Temperature can be very hot and humid during the warmer months. May work extended hours to complete loading.

• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, sitting, kneeling and squatting
• Ability to push/pull <50 lbs
• Ability to lift/carry <50 lbs

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Status: Full-Time

FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Shifts Available: 4am- until shift completion or 5am until shift completion

Pay: $17.14 per hour
