Job summary

Superior Industries in Minnesota is seeking General Laborers to support daily manufacturing operations. You will help keep spaces safe, organize work areas, and assist equipment operators.

Key duties include 5S organization, moving materials, preparing parts, and assisting with machine operation and maintenance. This entry-level role rewards reliability with weekly pay and benefits.

Day shift from 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Good verbal skills to ask questions or explain what they are doing.
• Manual dexterity to use tools and factory machines.
• Time management.

Responsibilities

• Workspace Organization & 5S: maintain a clean, safe, and debris-free manufacturing environment.
• Material Handling & Preparation: locate, tag, and supply necessary parts and tools; move materials to prepare areas for upcoming projects.
• Production & Equipment Support: operate machinery, hold materials or tools for operators, clean and lubricate equipment, assist with fixes.
• General Support: perform other duties as assigned to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
