Bay Insulation of Minnesota is seeking a General Laborer in the Saint Cloud area to support production lines with loading fiberglass insulation, facing materials, and laminators. The role emphasizes safety, accurate material handling, and assisting with machine operators to maintain steady laminator and band saw operations.

The position features a 100% first shift with a Monday–Friday schedule and limited Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsabilités

• Material handling and flow support to maintain continuous laminator production.
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished laminated rolls.
• Prepare and package shipments according to customer and carrier requirements.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; assist with production and shipping.
