Job summary

Superior Industries in Minnesota is seeking General Laborers to support daily manufacturing operations. You will help keep spaces safe, organize work areas, and assist equipment operators.

Key duties include 5S organization, moving materials, preparing parts, and assisting with machine operation and maintenance. This entry-level role rewards reliability with weekly pay and benefits.

Day shift from 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Responsibilities

• Workspace Organization & 5S: maintain a clean, safe, and debris-free manufacturing environment.

• Production & Equipment Support: operate machinery, hold materials or tools for operators, clean and lubricate equipment, assist with fixes.
• General Support: perform other duties as assigned to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Superior is looking for reliable General Laborers to join our team. In this role, you'll be essential to our daily operations, keeping our workspaces safe and directly supporting our equipment operators. We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment where your hard work is valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Workspace Organization & 5S: Maintain a clean, safe, and debris-free manufacturing environment by applying 5S principles, cleaning production floors, and organizing tools (setting out and putting away).
• Material Handling & Preparation: Locate, tag, and supply necessary parts and tools; move materials to prepare areas for upcoming projects; and efficiently load or unload items from machines and assembly lines.
• Production & Equipment Support: Actively support production by operating machinery, holding materials or tools for operators, cleaning and lubricating equipment, and assisting with any necessary fixes.
• General Support: Step in to perform other duties as assigned to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

• 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
