Job summary

Packaging-Corporation-of-America Morganton plant is seeking a production worker to support a manufacturing operation, focusing on safety, productivity and Lean 5S standards.

You will work on first or second shift, overtime/weekends as needed, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to reduce downtime and waste while maintaining a strong attendance record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required/preferred.
• Must be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be willing to work the first and second shift.
• Must have a good attendance record.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
