We are a company dedicated to moving forward with innovative approaches and have over a century of experience in asphalt paving across various construction markets including highway, roadway, aviation, commercial, industrial, residential, and track paving projects.

Job Summary

Perform general laborer duties on grading and paving crews in a safe, efficient, and proper manner to achieve a quality finished product. Responsibilities include physical labor such as shoveling, raking, lifting, driving tandem/water trucks, and moving equipment. Prior grading or paving experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong safety mindset
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
• Reliable transportation
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain a CDL
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and longer hours when necessary
