RAND THRU CLEANING ESTATE is seeking a General Laborer to support on-site operations through manual labor tasks, including keeping the worksite clean and assisting tradespeople. The role requires physical stamina and reliability.

You will transport materials, set up temporary structures, operate power tools, and help maintain safety on site. The ideal candidate is hard-working and able to meet the demands of a busy site.

Qualifications

• Must meet the physical demands of the job (lifting, digging, standing for long periods).
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Additional certifications or apprenticeship experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products
• Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople such as welders, painters, and carpenters
• Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
• Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment
• Set up cones and warning signs to increase visibility
• Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding
• Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair
