Job Description

The primary purpose of this job is to ensure all assigned tasks and jobs are completed safely and efficiently. This position is physically demanding and requires frequent lifting, bending, and walking. A main duty involves disposing of residents' trash into the back of a garbage truck.

Required Experience

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Preparation and Organization: Check in with your supervisor before each shift to understand your assigned tasks. Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and coworkers.
• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and understand English sufficiently to exchange information effectively. Questions should be directed to the supervisor or colleagues.
• Labor: Flexibility to perform various tasks as they arise and willingness to assist with different duties.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with others, including coworkers and supervisors, to provide efficient service and maintain good working relationships.
