Job summary

Glen-Gery Corporation is seeking motivated, hands-on individuals to join our Mid-Atlantic facility in Shoemakersville, PA. We offer a path to a long-term manufacturing career with a stable and growing organization.

We have a variety of General Laborer, Machine Operator, Kiln and Grinding Operator positions that support daily plant operations in a fast-paced environment. Experience in manufacturing is preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and rotate shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or a similar environment preferred.
• Self-motivated with good time management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
• General knowledge of maintenance fields: mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics is beneficial.

About the Position

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Previous experience within manufacturing or a similar environment preferred
• Self-motivated with good time management is essential
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• A successful candidate must be able to work rotating shifts
• Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot required
• General knowledge of all maintenance fields: mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics operated equipment, is beneficial
