Job description

We have multiple properties- residential, commercial, farm, and other assets. We are looking for a good, reliable, dependable, accountable and committed individual or individuals to help with the ongoing and increasing workload and property maintenance/repairs

EXAMPLE JOB DUTIES:

• Lawn and Garden Maintenance.
• Interior/Exterior Cleaning and Maintenance.
• Carrying and loading materials.
• Digging trenches and grading.
• Drilling.
• Property Cleanup/Junk Removal.
• Hauling dirt and other materials.
• Transporting equipment and crew members.
• Operating manual and mechanical equipment.
• Operating a power washer.
• Directing traffic.
• Painting.
• General Repairs + Construction.
• General housekeeping.
• Fueling equipment.
• Planting plants, Caring for plants/watering.
• Weeding.
• Harvesting crops.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Clean Drivers Record.
• Experience Towing Trailers.
• Experience with similar work duties.

Property Cleanup experience or similar work and knowledge of proper disposal methods for varied waste, metals, plastics, appliances, tires, barrels, etc... is helpful.

Criminal Background checks and pre-employment drug screening will be performed.
