Pay ranges depend on role, shift and experience, with assembly $18-20/hr and production $19-21/hr. 1st and 2nd shifts available, overtime may be possible, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor roles preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, or technical documents.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Support production and assembly operations by building products and handling materials.
• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment following established procedures.
• Perform quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.

As a General Laborer, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting assembly, manufacturing, and operational activities. General Laborer / Production and Assembly roles available

Location:

Traverse City, MI

Pay Range:

Assembly roles are $18-20/hr and Production roles are $19-21/hr. Pay is based on specific role, shift, and experience.

Shift:

1st and 2nd shift options, overtime may be available as well.
