Job description

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking dependable and motivated individuals for immediate 1st Shift General Laborer openings at a parts plating and coating facility in Tawas, Michigan.

Position Details

• Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Long-term employment opportunity with potential for direct hire based on performance and attendance

This position primarily involves racking and inspection duties; however, it is designed as a hybrid role. Selected candidates will receive training to serve as a backup for the Shipping and Receiving Clerk. After being fully trained in Shipping/Receiving role there could be a raise up to $1.00 more.

Employees hired directly by the company may be eligible for competitive wage increases after 90 days, with additional opportunities for pay growth based on attendance and performance. Employees with perfect attendance may qualify for enhanced wage increases every 13 weeks.
