Job summary

Superior Industries Inc is seeking reliable General Laborers to support daily production and keep workspaces safe. You will assist equipment operators, organize tools, and help with material handling on a 6:00am–4:30pm shift.

This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive hourly wage ($18–$22) with benefits including weekly pay, health insurance, PTO, 401(k) and boot/helmet reimbursements. Candidates should be detail‑oriented and ready to contribute to a team that values safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Workspace Organization & 5S: Maintain a clean, safe, and debris-free manufacturing environment by applying 5S principles, cleaning production floors, and organizing tools (setting out and putting away).
• Material Handling & Preparation: Locate, tag, and supply necessary parts and tools; move materials to prepare areas for upcoming projects; and efficiently load or unload items from machines and assembly lines.
• Production & Equipment Support: Actively support production by operating machinery, holding materials or tools for operators, cleaning and lubricating equipment, and assisting with any necessary fixes.
• General Support: Step in to perform other duties as assigned to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

• 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
