Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions in Wisconsin is hiring for a production associate to work Monday through Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm. The role pays $19.00 per hour with a pay-for-skill program available to all team members.

Responsibilities include following job orders and schematics, material gathering, basic repairs with hand and power tools, conducting safety checks, and maintaining a clean workstation. Background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing experience.
• Highschool diploma or GED.
• Willingness to learn.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Physical Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

• Work with products up to 60lbs throughout the day.
• Occasionally pushing/pulling 100lbs.
• Be comfortable with kneeling, squatting, stooping, twisting and sitting throughout the day.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications
