Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions is seeking an entry-level assembler to follow schematics, gather materials, and perform basic repairs using a range of hand and power tools. You will participate in safety checks, keep your workstation clean, and support team members through strong communication.

The role requires a willingness to learn, prior manufacturing experience is a plus, and a high school diploma or GED. Expect a daytime shift with PPE and safety procedures emphasized.

Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00 am to 3:30 pmPayrate: $19.00/h- Pay for Skill Program available to all team membersFollow job orders and schematics.Gather materials based on schematics.Craft and make basic repairs with various hand tools (I.E tape measure and various power tools).Perform safety checks and assessments on product and materials.Maintain workstation and general housekeeping.Support other team members through collaboration and clear and concise communication skills.Work safely, wear PPE and follow safety procedures.Day-to-day direction provided by supervisor.Physical RequirementsWork with products up to 60lbs throughout the day.Occasionally pushing/pulling 100lbs.Be comfortable with kneeling, squatting, stooping, twisting and sitting throughout the day.Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.Preferred QualificationsOne year of manufacturing experience.Highschool diploma or GED.Willingness to learn.
