What You’ll Do:

• Promote Safety: Follow MSHA and Vulcan standards to prioritize safety for yourself and others at all times.
• Perform General Physical Activities: Assist with plant operations, including using hand tools, cleaning, washing, sweeping, and shoveling materials.
• Repair and Maintain Equipment: Help service, repair, and adjust plant equipment.
• Inspect Equipment and Structures: Conduct daily inspections to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations.
• Operate Vehicles and Equipment: Operate heavy construction equipment or similar machinery to support plant operations.

Additional Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned.

Skills You’ll Need:

• Experience: Prior experience in the aggregate or construction industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of Best Practices: Understanding of industrial maintenance, construction, or aggregate production principles is preferred.
• Flexibility: Ability to work overtime, extended hours, and outside in all weather conditions, tolerating loud noises.
• Mechanical Skills: Basic knowledge of industrial tools, their uses, and maintenance.
