Job Details

Pay: $18.61/hr

Location: Pen Argyl, PA

Shift: Tues-Fri 5:30am-5:30pm

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for quality standards including height, shape, color, and consistency.
• Remove defective items and replace with quality pieces.
• Package products neatly and securely, applying labels and performing final quality checks.
• Assist machine operators and support general plant tasks like pallet repair and maintenance.
• Follow safety policies, wear PPE, and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate machinery (not as a Machine Operator).
• Punctuality and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Physical ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds and occasionally 80 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; manufacturing experience is a plus.
