Starting pay is $15.50/hour with a $17.00/hour increase after 90 days, and a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a national background check.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Previous manufacturing or automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive components according to work instructions and specifications.
