Wieland North America, Inc. is hiring a General Laborer in South Gate, CA, on-site only. The role supports daily manufacturing and production operations with a variety of manual and operational tasks.

Starting pay is $19.25 to $20.00 per hour, with a day shift from 4 AM to 4 PM and weekly pay. You will work closely with skilled operators, focusing on safety, quality, and teamwork, and have opportunities to grow within a large, global metals company.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, and industrial equipment.
• Multiple shifts, overtime or weekends may be required.

• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and work instructions.
• Report on safety concerns, equipment issues, or quality problems to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations.

Wieland is hiring a General Laborer.The General Laborer will be responsible for supporting daily manufacturing and production operations by performing a variety of manual and operational tasks. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized work environment while assisting skilled operators and production teams as needed. This role is located in South Gate, CAand will be fully on-site.

Starting Pay: $19.25 - $20.00/hour

Schedule: Day Shift 4 AM - 4 PM

Pay Schedule: Weekly

Responsibilities

General Laborer Qualifications:
