Job summary

Warner’s Outdoor Solutions is seeking a landscape crew member to join our team in the Saint Paul area. You will work on a crew to complete daily landscaping and lawn care tasks, handle maintenance, and operate equipment across multiple job sites.

The role involves outdoor work in all weather, lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasional snow removal in winter. We value teamwork, safety, and reliable communication with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Interest in outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Able to walk up to 5 miles per day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs several times per day.
• Capable of carrying a 35 lb backpack sprayer for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license strongly encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a crew to complete daily landscaping and lawn care tasks as assigned by managers.
• Perform outdoor tasks such as spreading fertilizer and weed control, trimming shrubs, cleaning lawns, and applying materials to trees.
• Operate equipment like riding mowers, backpack sprayers, spreaders, trimmers, pruners, and bobcats.
• Drive work trucks to various job sites throughout the metro area (if eligible).
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and office staff.
• Ensure proper care, maintenance, and safe operation of all equipment.
• Assist with snow removal during winter months, including plowing properties as needed.

• Work as part of a crew to complete daily landscaping and lawn care tasks as assigned by managers
• Perform a variety of outdoor tasks, including spreading fertilizer and weed control, trimming shrubs and plants, cleaning lawns, and applying materials to trees
• Operate equipment such as riding mowers, backpack sprayers, push-behind spreaders, trimmers, pruners, and bobcats
• Drive work trucks to various job sites throughout the metro area (if eligible)
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and office staff
• Ensure proper care, maintenance, and safe operation of all equipment
• Assist with snow removal during winter months, including plowing commercial and residential properties as needed

• Able to walk up to 5 miles per day
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in and out of trucks multiple times per day
• Capable of carrying a 35 lb. backpack sprayer for extended periods

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Compensation

$22 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and ability to drive company vehicles. Overtime opportunities available based on demand. Typical schedule is four 10-hour days per week during the lawn care season, with additional hours possible during busy periods or inclement weather. Winter hours are based on snowfall and customer needs.
