Description

Summary: The General Laborer is responsible for operating the laminator, bandsaw, and baler machines efficiently. When needed, this associate will complete basic machine adjustments and ensure the quality of all fiberglass insulation rolls during the lamination process.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily safety checks on all equipment while following all safety procedures effectively.
• Operate laminator, complete routine adjustments, and perform machine maintenance.
• Lift, open, and complete the re-packaging process of fiberglass insulation rolls, including safely maneuvering materials that weigh up to 100 lbs.
• Load and unload trucks of products and materials.
• Operate forklift to move raw materials and products.

Requirements:

• One year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
