We're currently seeking a General Shop Laborer for our 2nd shift (Monday- Friday 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.)to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

• Wash, dry, and prepare parts for shipping and further processing

• Tumble, deburr, and finish parts as required

• Assist with mask blasting and stainless steel passivation

• Operate saws and deliver raw materials to designated workstations

• Unload/stow raw materials; prepare scrap and chips for resale

• Maintain clean and organized work areas (5S)

• Perform light equipment repair and coolant sump changes

• Train operators on daily machine maintenance practices

• Participate in shop upkeep and safety initiatives

• Other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related experience/training

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and ongoing random tests

• Legal authorization to work in the United States

• Forklift experience a plus (training available)

• Strong work ethic, initiative, and attention to detail
