Job Title:Weld Technician
Location:Pataskala, OH
Schedule:Monday-Thursday | 4:15 PM - 2:45 AM
Overtime:Friday 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM
Starting Pay:$20.50/hr (*10% Shift Differential=$22.55/hr)

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join our manufacturing team in Pataskala, OH. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, staying active throughout the day, and working as part of a team to meet production goals. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful, but we are willing to train candidates with strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a positive attitude. You will work closely with production, quality, safety, and engineering teams to help manufacture high‑quality products in a fast‑paced environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following:
