Job summary

Nekoosa is seeking dependable, active individuals to join our manufacturing team in Paradise, NV. You will move materials, support production equipment, keep the workplace clean, and help ensure products flow smoothly through the facility.

There is no prior manufacturing experience required—training is provided. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM, with occasional Saturday overtime.

Responsibilities

• Move materials throughout the facility using carts, tow motors, and other equipment (training provided).
• Collect, sort, and process recyclable materials and production scrap.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Keep production areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support machine operators by removing materials and preparing work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Learn new equipment and production processes through on‑the‑job training.
