Hiring Requirements:

1. Driver's License.
2. CDL (Preferred).
3. Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
4. Eligible to work in the United States.

Knowledge & Skills:

1. Prefer 1 to 2 years of industry experience, but willing to train the right individual.
2. Demonstrated willingness to learn competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job including methods, techniques, materials, and tools used in craft installation, maintenance, and repair; and safety practices and procedures.

Job Details:

1. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.
2. Assist in the loading/unloading of equipment and supplies needed for daily work assignments, setting up of worksite traffic and safety controls, and properly securing work area.
3. Perform physical labor tasks not limited to potholing, digging with shovels, and loading and unloading materials.
4. Ability to safely identify utilities in the trench/bore path.
5. Fully restore the worksite at the completion of work, refill trenches and holes, tamp the soil, etc.
6. Ability to clean vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment.
7. Ability to follow simple instructions.
8. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, and sleet) and able to perform work on uneven surfaces.
9. Other duties to be discussed during the interview.
