What You Will Do

• Vehicle & Product Prep: Blow out dust, clean truck beds, apply protective dual-layer plastic, and lay precise wire tape along tailgate borders.

• Surface Preparation: Scuff critical surfaces with abrasives to ensure optimal liner adhesion and position custom emblems/logos prior to spraying.

• Production Line Support: Load and position prepped products entering automated spray chambers for protective liner application.

• Demasking & Quality Control: Remove protective plastic, pull tape to reveal crisp, clean edges, clean excess overspray, and measure thickness across all product zones.

• Station Rotation: Work collaboratively with the production team, rotating through hands-on preparation, detailing, and quality assurance stations along the assembly line.

What You Need

• Driver's License: A valid Driver’s License is required to move and stage vehicles.

• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work 1st shift, including mandatory end-of-shift overtime and weekend production runs when required.

• Detail & Hand-Eye Coordination: Sharp focus for clean tape lines, proper surface preparation, and thorough quality inspection.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, stretch, reach, and use manual hand tools throughout your shift in a fast-paced shop or factory environment.

• Reliability: Dependable attendance, solid work ethic, and reliable transportation to Wentzville, MO 63385.
