You will rotate through prep, masking, and finish stations, perform surface prep, and ensure quality during an entry-level production process. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required to move and stage vehicles.
• Willingness to work 1st shift with overtime and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and use hand tools.
• Reliable transportation to Wentzville, MO 63385.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle prep and product prep across station areas.
• Surface preparation and masking for liner adhesion.
• Load prepped products into automated spray chambers.
• Demasking, quality checks, and edge finishing.
• Rotate through prep, detailing, and QA stations.
