BUZA CONSTRUCTION OF CNY INC is seeking a General Laborer to support site operations through manual labor tasks. The role requires hard work and the ability to meet physical demands, including maintaining a clean worksite and assisting tradespeople.

You will operate power tools, set up temporary structures, transport materials, and perform various manual tasks as directed by the foreman or supervisor. A strong work ethic is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Physical capability to lift heavy objects, dig, and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and safe work habits.
• Good hand-eye coordination for tool use and material handling.
• Ability to work well in a team and with onsite tradespeople.
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations is preferred but not required.
• Experience or apprenticeship in related trades is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash and materials.
• Assist onsite tradespeople such as welders, painters, and carpenters.
• Transport materials and equipment between locations.
• Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment.
• Set up cones and warning signs to improve site visibility.
• Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures like scaffolding.
• Perform other manual labor tasks as directed by foreman or supervisor.
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair.

• Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding
• Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair
