JWG Capital LLC is seeking a General Laborer in New Jersey to support site operations through hands-on manual labor. You will help keep the site clean, operate basic power tools, and assist with setup of temporary structures as needed.

The ideal candidate is physically capable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and the ability to perform a variety of tasks on site.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow safety rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery preferred.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications or apprenticeship experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash and debris.
• Assist onsite Operators and Packers as needed.
• Transport materials and equipment between locations.
• Operate power tools and industrial equipment.
• Pick and pack, build pallets.
• Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures like scaffolding.
• Perform other manual labor tasks as directed by the foreman.
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair.

This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products
• Provide assistance to onsite Operators, Pick Packers, but not limited to
• Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
• Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment
• Picking & packing, building pallets
• Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding
• Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
