RAND THRU CLEANING ESTATE is seeking a General Laborer to support worksite operations through manual tasks. The role involves keeping the site clean, handling materials, and assisting tradespeople as needed.

The ideal candidate is capable of meeting the physical demands and staying productive in a fast-paced environment. You will transport materials, operate basic power tools, set up temporary structures, and help with safety by reporting hazards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash and materials.
• Assist onsite tradespeople such as welders, painters, and carpenters.
• Transport materials and equipment between locations.
• Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment.
• Set up cones and warning signs to increase visibility.
• Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding.
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair.

This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products
• Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople such as welders, painters, and carpenters
• Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
• Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment
• Set up cones and warning signs to increase visibility
• Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding
• Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulationsKnowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred
