This role is essential in supporting our underground utility construction projects by assisting crew members, retrieving and using tools, cutting and laying pipe, and performing other hands-on tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Assist crew members with various construction tasks on-site.
• Retrieve, transport, and organize tools and materials as needed.
• Operate and maintain basic hand tools safely and effectively.
• Perform pipe laying, including measuring, cutting, and positioning pipes.
• Follow instructions to ensure proper installation of underground utilities.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations at all times.
• Support site supervisors and equipment operators to ensure efficient workflow.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience with basic hand tools (wrenches, hammers, tape measures, etc.).
• Willingness to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
