Superior Industries is seeking reliable General Laborers to join our team in Minnesota. You will help maintain a safe, organized workspace, support equipment operators, and assist daily production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Workspace Organization & 5S: keep a clean, safe, debris-free environment and organize tools.
• Material Handling & Preparation: locate, tag, and supply parts/tools; move materials for upcoming projects; load/unload items.
• Production & Equipment Support: operate machinery, hold materials/tools for operators, lubricate equipment, assist with fixes.
• General Support: perform other duties as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly

Superior is looking for reliable General Laborers to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Workspace Organization & 5S: Maintain a clean, safe, and debris-free manufacturing environment by applying 5S principles, cleaning production floors, and organizing tools (setting out and putting away).
• Material Handling & Preparation: Locate, tag, and supply necessary parts and tools; move materials to prepare areas for upcoming projects; and efficiently load or unload items from machines and assembly lines.
• Production & Equipment Support: Actively support production by operating machinery, holding materials or tools for operators, cleaning and lubricating equipment, and assisting with any necessary fixes.
• General Support: Step in to perform other duties as assigned to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

• 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
