Job summary

Tradesmen International is seeking motivated General Laborers for projects around Morgantown, WV. This first shift role offers pay up to $23/hour, commensurate with experience and skill.

You will perform demolition and site cleanup, load/unload materials, and assist skilled trades on active job sites. Candidates should be able to do physical labor, safely operate common tools, and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Able to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing) for extended periods.
• Capable of safely using basic tools listed in the job posting.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to follow directions.
• Willingness to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition and site cleanup duties.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, building materials, and supplies.
• Prepare and clean-up work areas by removing trash, debris, and excess materials.
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and assist with grading and site preparation.
• Operate basic machinery and power tools, including drills, saws, and forklifts.
• Assist carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other skilled tradesmen as needed.
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Support daily construction activities as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated General Laborers for projects located in or around Morgantown, WV. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $23/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
