Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated General Laborers for projects around Morgantown, WV. This first-shift role offers pay up to $23/hour, depending on experience and skill level. If you are eager to learn and grow in the trades, this is your chance to launch your career!

Responsibilities include demolition, site cleanup, material handling, and assisting skilled trades. Safety is emphasized, with PPE required and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor (lift/carry/bend/stand for long periods).
• Must be capable of safely using listed tools (Tape measure, Pry bar, Utility knife, Screwdriver set, Wire cutters, etc.).
• Ability to work safely in an active construction environment.
• Must be dependable, punctual and follow directions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and assist with grading and site prep.
• Operate basic machinery and power tools (drills, saws, forklifts).
• Assist carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other tradesmen as needed.
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Support daily construction activities as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated General Laborers for projects located in or around Morgantown, WV. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $23/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Perform demolition and site cleanup duties
• Load and unload tools, equipment, building materials, and supplies
• Prepare and clean-up work areas by removing trash, debris, and excess materials
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and assist with grading and site preparation
• Operate basic machinery and power tools, including drills, saws, and forklifts
• Assist carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other skilled tradesmen as needed
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Support daily construction activities as directed by supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
