Qualifications

• Must meet physical demands including lifting heavy objects and standing long hours.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Additional certifications or apprenticeship experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Keep the worksite clean by collecting trash and debris.
• Assist onsite tradespeople (welders, dock installers, barge operators).
• Transport materials and equipment between locations.
• Operate power tools and industrial equipment.
• Set up, move, and tear down temporary structures.
• Perform other manual labor tasks as directed by supervisor.

Job Summary

We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials
• Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople such as welders, dock installers and barge operators
• Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
• Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment
• Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding
• Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair
