Job summary

Lakeshore Concrete Solutions LLC is seeking a General Laborer/Field Technician to join our team. You will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks, keep the site clean, operate power tools and concrete grinding/polishing equipment, and install high-performance resinous coatings.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to meet the physical demands of the job while following safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination for precise work with tools and equipment.
• Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations and use PPE as required.
• Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills for collaboration with foreman and crew.
• Additional certifications or apprenticeship experience is preferred but not necessary.
