Coreslab Structures (MISSOURI) Inc. is now accepting qualified applications for General Laborer at our Prestress Concrete manufacturing plant in Marshall, Missouri.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Execute manual labor tasks with diligence and efficiency to support operational goals.
2. Collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve project objectives and contribute to overall success.
3. Operate hand tools, power equipment, and machinery to assist in the setup, processing, and production of company products following appropriate training.
4. Maintain productivity and quality standards for each assigned task, ensuring adherence to company benchmarks.
5. Uphold organizational order and cleanliness by maintaining a tidy and well-organized workspace.
6. Adhere to all occupational safety protocols and hazard prevention measures while performing essential duties.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:

1. Apply comprehensive knowledge of methods and best practices utilized in the production of precast products.
2. Utilize tools, materials, and equipment effectively to ensure quality and efficiency in precast production processes.
3. Identify and mitigate occupational hazards by implementing proper safety precautions and adhering to established safety standards.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent and/or equivalent work experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
2. Stand for long periods of time in uncomfortable conditions, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl.
3. This position will require the applicant to be exposed to all weather conditions.

SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time Union Laborers Local 663 position, Monday through Friday. Overtime is calculated after 8 hours per day, overtime and Saturday work required. Overtime and Saturday work increases during peak season.
