Overview

Responsibilities

Production Intern

$18 to start! This internship offers development opportunities for those interested in gaining exposure to a manufacturing environment.

This position involves processing fiber blankets by folding and connecting as part of our manufacturing process.

Great stable work at our ETS Schaefer plant in Macedonia, OH. Scheduled work hours are 6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday. Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities include:

• Staging, lifting, and stacking fiber materials to meet customer specifications.
• Operating forklifts, cranes, welders, and power tools as needed.
• Working from elevated platforms such as scaffolding and scissor lifts.
• Participating in safety and housekeeping programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or relevant work experience.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work extended overtime if needed.
• Basic math skills for stacking, counting, and measuring.
• Ability to follow safe work practices around the facility.
• Ability to wear a respirator periodically.
