• Composite experience preferred, including woodworking, landscaping, or body shop experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform manual labor tasks and support team members during jobs.
2. Identify hazards as observed for the safety of personnel and equipment.
3. Communicate issues with leadership.
4. Perform shop clean-up and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Hard working, willing to learn.
2. Composite experience preferred, including woodworking, landscaping, or body shop experience.
3. Experience working on your feet all day, in a dirty/dusty environment.
4. High school diploma or equivalent.
5. At least 1 year of experience in a shop environment or equivalent military experience.
6. Valid driver’s license.
7. Experience operating a hi-lo and packing/shipping parts.
8. Good verbal and written communication skills.
9. Dependable with good attendance.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Knowledge of hand tools.
12. Ability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.
