Job summary

Marathon Staffing is seeking General Laborers to join a production team creating stone products for homes and decor. Compensation is $22 per hour with Monday–Friday shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 65 lbs, and contributing to a safe, detail-oriented work environment. Experience in manufacturing is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with small hand tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate on production line to manufacture stone products.
• Lift up to 65 lbs as needed.
• Stay standing and maintain pace in a fast-moving environment.
• Maintain attention to detail during tasks.
• Assist in other areas as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report issues.

Responsibilities:

• Working on the production line, manufacturing stone products
• Lift objects weighing up to 65 lbs as required
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining on your feet throughout the shift
• Pay great attention to detail
• Provide assistance in other areas of the business as directed by the manager or supervisor
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate any issues to supervisors as necessary

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using small hand tools
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
