Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a General Laborer to support construction, manufacturing, and warehousing projects. The role emphasizes physical work, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, pressure washing, caulking, finishing, paint/foam application, crane material handling, and site cleanup. Must lift up to 50 lbs, climb 4–5 feet regularly, and work 6a-4:30p, Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs for up to 10 hours a day.
• Must be able to climb 4-5 feet frequently.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work site.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a general labor role is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language in order to follow written production schedule
• Must be able to lift, bend, push and pull up to 50lbs for up to 10 hours a day.
• Must be able to climb 4-5 feet off the ground frequently.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the work site.
• Must be able to walk and stand on concrete floor throughout 10-hour workday.
