We are currently seeking General Laborers to join our team in Lexington, KY! As a General Laborer, you will play a key role on our team doing general laborer duties and assisting our crews out in the field.

We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

The starting pay is $18.00-$19.00 per hour depending on experience.

What You’ll Do:

1. General labor type duties which includes traffic flagging, jobsite clean-up, shop and equipment yard clean-up
2. Parts inventory management
3. Deliver parts from the shop to the crews on request
4. Deliver fuel to crews on multiple jobsites
5. Drive company vehicles (including pickups and tractor-trailers) to transport crew and equipment.
6. Join a team that works hard and supports one another.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience: Prior construction or installation experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train you. OSHA certifications are a plus.
2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
3. Driver’s License: A valid license is required.
4. Physical Ability: Must be comfortable with hands-on, physical work—lifting up to 75 lbs, using power tools, and working in various weather conditions with or without reasonable accommodation.
